Waitlist privacy notice

Effective September 9, 2026. Parallel is a pre-launch project for dental practice owners. This notice describes the information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you join, we store your name, work email, practice name, role, practice software, consent record and signup time. If you arrive through a referral link, we store the referring signup’s random referral code. We do not publish the waitlist or provide referrers with your identity.

How we use it

The Parallel project operator uses this information to manage interest, assess pilot fit, prioritize integrations, and send the waitlist and pilot updates you agree to receive. Joining does not create a paid subscription or guarantee access. This website does not currently send automatic confirmation emails.

What stays on your device

Concept-preview requests are processed in your browser and are not submitted to our waitlist database. Do not enter patient information. This is not a clinical service or a live practice integration.

Storage and service providers

Waitlist information is stored through the site’s hosting and database providers and is accessible to the project operator. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and secure the site. The application uses a daily hashed network identifier for basic abuse prevention; those counters expire and are cleaned up on subsequent submissions. We do not sell waitlist information or install advertising trackers on this site.

Your choice

After a new signup, we show a private removal link. Save it if you would like to remove your entry later. Anyone holding that link can remove the associated signup. Removal deletes the active waitlist record; hosting logs and provider backups may follow their own retention schedules. Future update emails should also provide a way to unsubscribe. If you lose the link, contact the project operator through the person or channel that shared this site with you.

Retention

We retain the active waitlist record while managing pre-launch interest and pilot invitations, unless you request removal. We will revisit this notice before expanding the service or collecting practice-system data.
